I have worked with Mr. Rafał Nałęcz from the RE/MAX Capital twice, when selling a house and renting a flat in Warsaw. Mr. Rafał within twelve days had found a buyer for a large house located in Zalesie Górne (October 2016), demonstrating not only his knowledge of the market and the client (he accurately valued the property, prepared the house for presentation and conducted a professional photo shoot), but also created an atmosphere that reduced the stress of selling the family home.
