Iwona Wieczorek is co-owner REMAX Capital, a Master of Economy (Warsaw School of Economy) and a licensed Realtor. She has already carried out over 1000 sales and rental transactions within 15 years. She worked for both – one of the first premium real estate agency in Warsaw, and corporate real estate & construction department for big projects (PKN Orlen – Poland and Germany projects, construction cost monitoring Ikea, Obi, construction of highway systems in Poland).

She has an expansive knowledge about the real estate market and has 2 teams in Warsaw and Masurian. Iwona loves working with clients, presenting real estate and the sales process. She opened office in Warsaw RE/MAX Capital, the team won – 1st place in Warsaw (2018 & 2019 & 2020) and 2nd place in Poland (2018 & 2020). As a Broker, she was repeatedly awarded for the results in sales with international awards of Executive Club, 100% Club. Iwona closed the bigger number of transaction for 2/3 of Poland in REMAX Poland in 2016.

She participated in training courses in Poland organized by the Polish Real Estate Federation and abroad at international RE/MAX Europe conferences in Lisbon, Amsterdam and Majorca. She is a member of the Warsaw Association of Realtors (WAREB). She won awards for 10-year activity in the WAREB, Iwona  was a Member of Management Board,  MLS Committee and the Ethics Committee.
