POLE MOKOTOWSKIE – THE CHARM OF THE TRENDY HOUSING ESTATE “BIAŁY KAMIEŃ” (WHITE ROCK)

In recent years, Mokotów, near the business centre, has been enriched by a coherent housing estate of modern buildings.

Unusual location on the border of Mokotów, Ochota and Śródmieście provides quick access to the main offices of major corporations and to the F. Chopin Airport.

The vicinity of Pole Mokotowskie, today known as Park im. Józefa Piłsudskiego (Józef Piłsudski Park), is an asset for the residents of a big city. The green area full of old trees used to be a military training ground, then an airport and a venue for events, and now it is a city park adjacent to the Biały Kamień housing estate, the Warsaw School of Economics, the National Library and the “Skra” Stadium.

Gradually the area of Chodkiewicza, Biały Kamień, Żaryna Streets was developed with several housing estates constituting separate projects. Some of them are small buildings, immersed in greenery with facades partly covered with wood, and some are much higher buildings.

This project includes the following buildings:

An ideal place for fans of contemporary, modernist architecture. One of the most beautiful places is the iconic Izumi Sushi, located in a wonderful orangery.

Each project is different. We were most charmed by Adres Biały Kamień 3,5 7 and, of course, Finale.
